Jessica Matthews is the founder and CEO at Uncharted Play, the hardware technology firm that’s providing off-grid power for the developing world. She was invited by President Barack Obama to the White House, and currently serves as an Ambassador of Entrepreneurship for Nigeria, and also received praise from Bill Clinton. She’s among Fortune’s Most Promising Women Entrepreneurs, Forbes 30 under 30 list, Black Enterprise’s Innovator of the Year, Oprah Supersoul 100, and Scientist of the Year by the Harvard Foundation.
I met Jessica in New York earlier this year, and she’s as much a rockstar in person as she is on her resume.
